Part of my morning routine!!
This app is simple but effective. It tells me exactly what to do without the overwhelming options and annoying ads of other apps. I would always skip working out because I didnt have the time but this app makes it easy to get in a quick workout before work. The design is beautiful too! Highly recommend.
Great app gives me structure for working out
This is a really useful app. I have it with me all the time, wherever I am. I have my phone set to remind me to get on it every morning and I go through the routine. Its given regularity to my workout that I didnt have, so for the first time, Im getting a workout in every day. The guidance is easy to follow and clear, but its a great workout. Highly recommended.
